A striking one-of-a-kind sculptural Moonjar that feels as if it emerged from an ancient geological landscape. Thick flowing layers of glaze cascade over the form like mineral deposits, revealing rich textures, volcanic surfaces, and subtle tones of ivory, deep earth brown, smoky blue, and oxidized green.

The vessel’s heavily textured upper section evokes weathered rock formations, coral structures, or a rugged lunar terrain, while the flowing glaze creates a dynamic contrast with the warm exposed clay body below. Every angle reveals new details, making this piece as captivating as a sculpture as it is a vessel.

A distinctive feature of this work is the inclusion of two metal nails embedded into the rim (incluses), intentionally incorporated into the ceramic form.
